- Hospitalization (in-patient service) - BDT 45,000
* an in-patient is someone who's been admitted to hospital at least for a night as per doctor's recommendation.
- In-patient services include - during hospitalization period Room rent, Hospital services, Surgical expenses, Consultation fees, Diagnostic bills, Medicine etc.
- Maximum confinement benefit at actual up to BDT 2,500/day
- Maximum 3 days at a stretch will be considered as a single confinement
- Hospitalization due to COVID-19 included (as per doctor's advice)
- 20% Co-Payment applicable for IPD claims
- Out-patient service - BDT 5,000
* an out-patient is someone who goes to a hospital for a treatment but does not stay overnight.
- Out-patient services include – diagnostic tests and related attended physician's visit
- Doctor's visit is at actual up to BDT 300/prescription
- Diagnosis bills is at actual up to BDT 700/prescription
- Diagnosis bills (20% copayment – paid by patients)
- Per prescription not more than BDT 1,000
- Any OPD expenses due to COVID-19-related claims are not covered
